Great place to work at! The work environment is amazing & very friendly staff members! The residents are very well taken care of! Definitely a place you can bring your family member to & get the proper care for them & for them to feel safe & loved.

What an awesome place it is! All the staff is so helpful. Hunter Thompson is the best. The grounds are beautiful. We checked my father in law in today and they were so fast and efficient. If we could give this place 10 STARS we would have. The place and staff are just AMAZING! Praise God for blessed workers!

My dad was a patient here and received the utmost respect, care, and his dignity maintained during his most difficult time. I cannot express how much I appreciate the staff for the Care and support the entire family received.

Staff is the best ever! awesome! They care! I'm still learning about how everything operates and so impressed with the knowledge that they have about their patients, from front desk, managers, nurses and all staff! And answering all my questions! They all know my mom which shows me they care and the care provided is genuine! They care about their patients! Thank you so much, it is so assuring to know , that times that I cant make it, their "all" involved in her care.

Very clean Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Professional staff with excellent Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy. I would highly recommend this center to care for your family member.

My grandmother has been a resident for the past 4 months or so. She absolutely loves the staff and the facility. The staff is very friendly, attentive, and caring. It is very obvious that they care about their residents and their well being. The staff takes time to sit and talk with my grandmother as well as feed her since she has become unable to do so for herself. My family couldn't ask for a place any better to make my grandmother feel at home and loved.

My mom has been there almost 4 months and she loves it all of the staff is great. Much cleaner than the ones on the west side in Jax and definitely doesn’t have the smell of the others.

This is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility

I gave Pooja the physical therapist 5 stars! She was extremely helpful and gave useful information for the most efficient way for my mom to recover. She didn’t sugar coat but was very positive and giving facts. I greatly appreciate her!!!

Staaff was helpful an very good with the pay tants so I would recomend thia Fauilty to any one that wants to get better and wants ecellennt care !!!!!!

I have had several family members stay in this facility. With each one the staff always went above and beyond to ensure that they were comfortable and well taking care of. MacClenny Nursing & Rehab makes you feel at home and they treat you like family.

It's a good place they have helped my wile alot she is doing so much better now she will be going home shortly pt has been wonderful to her but weekend aid not so much weekday aids are great

It's a nice place to stay. It is very clean. Most of the staff is friendly.

I've been at this facility since January 18, 2019 for rehabilitation after surgery. Since arrival, I have been treating with the most professional, caring, and respectful manners from the entire staff here. The nursing, CNA's, activities, laundry, and the kitchen do a great job and their best to accommodate any needs or request. My most amazing experience here has been the therapy department including Physical, Occupational, and Speech. I am very grateful for the rehab and treatment I am receiving and if I had to pick a facility in the future it would definitely be Macclenny Nursing and Rehab.

This facility is very cleaned and well kept. The staff is very friendly and attentive to the residents needs. The facility has an awesome therapy department. All staff are qualified and work in an professional manner. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need.

Macclenny Nursing and Rehab is a wonderful place. The staff is very friendly and helpful at all times. The rehab department is AMAZING!!!!!! I DON'T THINK THERE is enough room on this post for me to say all the great things about therapy!

Wonderful staff

Friendly staff and clean facility.

Today I visited Macclenny Nursing & Rehab Center and was delighted to hear residents singing and engaged in fun activities. My meeting with Executive Director Kevin McDonnell was strictly business related but I too, felt the comfort as if I was a welcome guest in Kevin's own home. This speaks volumes about Macclenny Nursing & Rehab Center's culture!
